At The Dairy Shed we produce delicious farm made yoghurt using the milk from our herd of Ayrshire cows. Our cows lead a stress-free lifestyle, grazing outdoors from March to November.
The milk they produce is perfect for creating a lovely mild tasting yoghurt which we strain, greek-style, for an extra thick and creamy texture.
All our added flavours are homemade using local and seasonal produce whenever possible.
