Salad and Herbs

We have been growing organically certified herbs and vegetable plants since 2006. We now produce an extensive range of organically certified mixed salad leaves, micro salad, freshly cut herbs and a selection of vegetables for many of the top restaurants. You will also find a wide range in Robinson's and Shoprite stores across the Island. Additionally we supply our produce to caterers for weddings and other events directly and through Robinson's.

Preserves

In 2007 we started to produce jams and jellies from the herbs that we grew. This has now expanded to a wide range of jams, marmalades, curds, chutneys, cordials, sauces and dressings. Mini jars and gift pack selections are also available.
